Our Story

Sisters Chelse and Shayleen are two extraordinarily artistic women who share their creative gifts through individual outlets. Chelse works with acrylic on canvas, creating astonishing paintings with remarkable details, while Shayleen uses her expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce strikingly bold, original digital art.

Chelse and Shayleen had a vision for sharing their gifts and abilities with the world through an art gallery. They sculpted a clear plan for a place that showcases both Fine Art and Digital Art, fusing two very different art worlds into one harmonious art culture.

What they didn’t have for their newfound purpose was a name. The sisters searched for something that would ignite that inner spark, that magic inside all of us. A name that speaks for the boundless and limitless potential we all have, reminding us that everyone is a masterpiece in motion. In time, they discovered the quintessential name:  Aaleda.

"Aaleda" stands for being "a leader." We are all intentionally crafted works of art, and the world is waiting for our incomparable essence to shine through.  Aaleda celebrates how we, as individuals, can tap into our potential and share our gifts in ways only we are able to do.
