Exchange policy for apparel
All of the apparel that we sell are made to order. We only accept exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Unfortunately, we will not offer refunds for buyers remorse. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Please make sure to look at the size chart before placing your order.
Replacement
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. And if we can’t make it right we want you to still feel that you were at least dealing with a reputable company that puts you, the customer first.
